Tarawih prayer, also known as Taraweeh, is a special prayer performed by Muslims during the nights of Ramadan. The name comes from the Arabic word for “rest and relaxation”. During these prayers, Muslims recite long sections of the Quran and perform many cycles of prayer3.
According to tradition, Prophet Muhammad performed the Tarawih prayers during the nights of Ramadan. Initially, people prayed individually or in small groups, but during the time of Caliph Umar, people were organized to pray together under the leadership of an imam. Tarawih is not obligatory but is considered a highly beneficial spiritual practice
塔拉威禱告，或稱塔拉維祈禱，是在齋戒月（拉瑪丹）期間，穆斯林在夜晚進行的特別禱告。這種禱告的名稱來自阿拉伯語，意為“休息和放鬆”。在這些祈禱中，穆斯林會讀誦《古蘭經》的長篇章節，並進行多次禱告循環。

In order to better serve Muslim guests, hotels and hostels need to provide some special services, including:
- Prayer Facilities: Offer prayer mats, copies of the Quran, and Qibla guides the direction in guest rooms.
- Food Arrangements: Provide Halal food options and serve meals at appropriate times for Suhoor and Iftar during Ramadan.
- Prayer Timetable: Supply a daily prayer timetable to help guests schedule their prayers.
- Respect for Privacy: Respect the privacy of guests during their prayers and religious activities4.
