Kedai Sri Rahayu
在台北的這一天，我們決定前往中正紀念堂參觀。這座宏偉的紀念堂不僅是台北的地標之一，也是了解台灣歷史的重要場所。當我們抵達時，正好趕上了衛兵交接儀式。整個儀式莊嚴肅穆，衛兵們的動作整齊劃一，讓人不禁為之讚嘆。
觀賞完衛兵交接後，我們感到有些餓了，於是決定前往附近的Kedai Sri Rahayu餐廳享用午餐。這家餐廳位於愛國東路36號，距離中正紀念堂步行只需幾分鐘，非常方便。
一進入餐廳，我們就被濃郁的印尼風情所吸引。餐廳內部裝飾簡約而溫馨，讓人感到賓至如歸。我們點了炸雞及椰奶飯、炸鯰魚及蒸椰奶飯和雞肉沙爹。每一道菜都充滿了印尼風味，讓人垂涎欲滴。
炸雞外皮酥脆，內裡多汁，搭配椰奶飯的香甜，簡直是絕配。炸鯰魚的口感鮮嫩，蒸椰奶飯則帶有淡淡的椰香，讓人一口接一口。雞肉沙爹的醬汁濃郁，雞肉烤得恰到好處，每一口都充滿了驚喜。
最重要的是，這家餐廳是Halal認證的，讓我們能夠安心享用美食。這次的用餐經歷讓我們對印尼料理有了更深的認識
On this day in Taipei, we decided to visit the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. This grand memorial is not only one of Taipei’s landmarks but also an important place to learn about Taiwan’s history. When we arrived, we were just in time for the changing of the guard ceremony. The entire ceremony was solemn and dignified, with the guards’ movements perfectly synchronized, leaving us in awe.
After watching the changing of the guard, we felt a bit hungry, so we decided to head to the nearby Kedai Sri Rahayu restaurant for lunch. This restaurant is located at No. 36, Aiguo East Road, just a few minutes’ walk from the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, making it very convenient.
As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were captivated by the rich Indonesian ambiance. The interior decor was simple yet cozy, making us feel right at home. We ordered the fried chicken with coconut rice, fried catfish with steamed coconut rice, and chicken satay. Each dish was full of Indonesian flavors, making our mouths water.
The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfectly complemented by the sweet coconut rice. The fried catfish was tender, and the steamed coconut rice had a subtle coconut aroma that kept us coming back for more. The chicken satay was rich in sauce, and the chicken was grilled to perfection, with each bite full of surprises.
Most importantly, this restaurant is Halal certified, allowing us to enjoy the delicious food with peace of mind. This dining experience gave us a deeper appreciation for Indonesian cuisine
